My wait time is determined by the number of orders I receive and can change due to unexpected circumstances. I like to keep it less than 3-4 weeks so I may have to close my shop periodically to catch up. The wait time is when you should expect your order to ship, not when you should expect to receive your order.
Everything is made to order and in the order which I receive a cleared payment.
Most orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Priority Mail (no tracking provided). If your order is greater than $75 I will ship your order Registered mail and a tracking number will be provided at no additional cost. If your order is less than $75 and you would like your order shipped registered mail (with tracking), please let me know and I can set up a custom order for you. There is an additional charge of $3.
Please remember, your order is shipping from Germany so it may take 2 weeks to be delivered and in some rare cases, as long as 30 days.
I DO NOT guarantee any delivery dates.
**Orders are shipped to the address provided to me by Paypal so please make sure that all of you address information is current.**
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your item(s) please contact me and I will try to resolve it immediately.
**If you receive your hat and the size does not fit you may return it to me and I will send you a new size. You only pay for return shipping to me. You must contact me within 3 days of your order being delivered to arrange an exchange. Once you have exchanged an item it may not be exchanged a second time.**
I do not offer refunds for items that are not received in time. I do not guarantee shipping dates.
I may take a few custom orders depending on the number of orders I have at any one time. Please contact me for more information.
Please handwash your new goodies in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Never wring out your item as this also will be hard on the fibers. No refunds will be given for improper care of your props.
